When Is The Individual All Powerful? When Proclaiming Ones Self In Agreement As “WE”!

On January 21, 2010, with its ruling in Citizens United verses The Federal Election Commission, the Supreme Court ruled that corporations are persons, entitled by the U.S. Constitution to buy elections and run our government. Human beings are people; corporations are legal fictions.

The Video Above Is Just One Example Of What Can Be Expected When Corporations Are Given The Same Rights As You And I. Corporations Are Not Individuals! They Are Powerful Entities Able To Afford Hundreds to Thousands Of Corporate Law Attorneys With The Ability To Out Weigh And Twist Any Definition Of Balance And Therefore Justice Over Any Individual Or Community! John Prine Spanish Pipedream Blow Up Your TV

Live on stage performance of John Prine’s "Spanish Pipedream.
Recording from 1984.

Prine was highly influencial in the "BlueGrass" surgence that swept accross the States in the early to mid 1970’s. This Prine original was a favorite of the earliest of the 70’s musicians who were allready unknowns by the time bluegrass reached its peak. Larry Long who is one of those earliest of bluegrass revivalists and playing the song well before Prine’s peak in record distribution is still playing and is known nationally for his dedication and association with the late Woody Guthrie as well as Guthrie’s son and advocate Arlo. Speaking of Larry.. "What ever happened to Peter Wattercott, Smokey, and all the others from The Smokey Rose Ranch?"

JOHN PRINE
"Spanish Pipedream (Blow Up Your TV)"

She was a level-headed dancer on the road to alcohol
And I was just a soldier on my way to Montreal
Well she pressed her chest against me
About the time the juke box broke
Yeah, she gave me a peck on the back of the neck
And these are the words she spoke

Blow up your TV throw away your paper
Go to the country, build you a home
Plant a little garden, eat a lot of peaches
Try an find Jesus on your own

Well, I sat there at the table and I acted real naive
For I knew that topless lady had something up her sleeve
Well, she danced around the bar room and she did the hoochy-coo
Yeah she sang her song all night long, tellin’ me what to do

Blow up your TV throw away your paper
Go to the country, build you a home
Plant a little garden, eat a lot of peaches
Try an find Jesus on your own

Well, I was young and hungry and about to leave that place
When just as I was leavin’, well she looked me in the face
I said "You must know the answer."
"She said, "No but I’ll give it a try."
And to this very day we’ve been livin’ our way
And here is the reason why

We blew up our TV threw away our paper
Went to the country, built us a home
Had a lot of children, fed ‘em on peaches
They all found Jesus on their own
