Oh, how I do enjoy ballads. This, second only to "The ballad of Curtis Leow" is written by Jerry Jeff Walker. The song.. "Despiradoes Waiting For A Train" is performed by Walker supported by John Inmon. Some might remember Walker for another ballad he wrote. "Mr. Bojangles". Check out the finish. It is sweet!
